ABOUT THE JOB

Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, spaces, changing the world, and is responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities and sales pipeline within the US market. They generate new business opportunities to fuel the business units’ pipeline by conducting strategic research and creative and persistent outreach (including “cold calling”.) You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing the definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives.


Responsibilities
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Responsible for working with the Customer Success team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Identify client business requirements through on-going client communications, business development, and market research
• Reporting on sales and pipeline generation activity and forecast to senior management
• Some travel within the US is required; may need to travel to Korea on occasion


Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven 3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong knowledge in 4th revolution technologies including but not limited to IoT, cloud (SaaS), AI, Big Data, Machine Learning etc.
• Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
• Passionate and driven team player, with hunter mentality
• Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Prior experience and knowledge of Data Center Management, Facility Management, and Construction Management would be an advantage
