[What you will do]
• Responsible for the overall results of the CS team, improving the process and infrastructure, plus hiring, training, and retention of support employees
• Focus on customer satisfaction.
• Supervise CS team and develop policies and procedures
• Develop goals (KPI etc) and report the progress
• Manages the schedule of the CS team members: days off, holidays, peak seasons, sick leave, manage the weekend shift
• Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends
• Create internal and external educational materials in the form of help content, solution articles, and automated chat bot etc.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Pivo Software and Hardware to help customers troubleshoot and navigate through processes
• Share feature requests and feedback with our Product, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales teams regarding product and service improvements

[What we expect from you]
• Over 7 years experience
• Fluent English proficiency
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
• Good composition skills – ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Be an advocate of high-quality standards, conflict resolution, and customer experience excellence
• Calm and Empathetic - ability to adapt to any situation by personalizing responses and educating our community
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

[It is a plus if you have]
• Experience with Zendesk, Agora, Shopify, Naver Store or similar platforms
• Ideally experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another client- facing role
• Other languages are plus: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.
• Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
