As the E-commerce Team Leader, you will be responsible for the B2C online sales and all aspects of our global e-commerce operations including sales strategy, business planning, product positioning, competitor analysis and digital marketing strategies. The Head of E-commerce will directly report to the CEO and work closely with other departments to ideate, implement, and analyze our online sales strategies and its execution.

[What you will do]

Build a strategic eCommerce Plan and orchestrate all aspects of the eCommerce strategy for the Pivo Brand. Combine sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for customers.
Planning the overall strategy for overseas online sales on D2C and marketplace channels such as Amazon.
Oversee the execution of the overall sales strategy and identify areas of improvement to adjust the team resources, strategy or ongoing activities.
Oversee the creation of high-performing product content to increase conversion rates and overall order size and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines.
Own the revenue, traffic goals and the core KPIs for the E-commerce team.
Build a successful eCommerce team that can effectively help develop and execute eCommerce plans.
Report results and insights to the C-suite.
Educate and coach the E-commerce team in Digital marketing, D2C sales and Marketplace sales.

[What we expect from you]

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline, for example, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related field.
8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and B2C global/overseas E-commerce.
Leadership experience of an E-commerce team.
Deep understanding of the revenue driving KPIs in an E-commerce business, how to measure them with analytics tools and how to optimize for them.
Deep understanding of revenue, profit margins and COGS in an E-commerce business.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks within the E-commerce team and in cross-team collaborations.
Highly results oriented, driven and self-starter mentality.

[It is a plus if you have]
Experience working abroad or in international companies in Korea.
Experience of working in a fast-paced startup or founding/co-founding a startup.
Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and Amazon Seller Central.
Experience in managing Paid ads, Influencer marketing, Email marketing, SEO and/or Social Media Marketing.
