[What you will do]

Be a technical support for sales initiatives in Korea regarding the Beamo Product and drive Digital Twins implementation at clients' sites.
Partner with the sales teams to engage with customers, providing pre-sales technical qualification, identifying key technical challenges and owning the strategy and execution in order achieve a win
Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations and demo captures
Lead the technical components of the sales process including product and solution meetings, proof of concepts and collaboration with other technical resources throughout the customer’s implementation
Works to define specific expectations, goals, and implementation timeline with the client at the beginning of all projects
Responsible for completing some software configuration, setup advising, onsite capture, digital twin refinement
Set up all relevant project tasks, including due dates for the project and assign team members to those tasks
Responsible for planning resource needs for each project
Stay knowledgeable in digital twin industry through research and competitive analysis
Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process, and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities

[What we expect from you]

Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or implementation engineer
Understanding of 3D (models, point clouds, images) related data and workflows prospective clients would use with Beamo
Willingness and ability to travel 70% of the time
Excellent written and oral communication skills - Korean (native) and English (business)
Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment

[It is a plus if you have]
Experience with web APIs, integration with enterprise systems and web UI development with Javascript to prototype proof of concepts and demonstrations
Experience with related SW products and how our customers would use the Beamo data in their downstream workflows
Knowledge of image capture and 3D laser scanning technologies and workflows
Familiarity with Cloud technologies, cloud security and common authentication technology such as SSO and OAuth
Prior experience in digital twin industry is an advantage
