[What you will do]
• Be the primary point of contact and build long term relationships with customer
• Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Responsible for working with the Customer Success team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
• Identify client business requirements through on-going client communications, business development, and market research
• Reporting on sales and pipeline generation activity and forecast to senior management
• Some travel within the Japan is required; may need to travel to Korea and US on occasion

[What we expect from you]
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven 3-5 + years of experience in sales or business development management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time wily paying strict attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge in 4th revolution technologies including but not limited to IoT, cloud (SaaS), AI, Big Data, Machine Learning etc.
• Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
• Passionate and driven team player, with hunter mentality
• Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Prior experience and knowledge of Data Center Management, Facility Management, and Construction Management is an advantage
• Language proficiency in English and Japanese is critical
